Any music, compositions, beats, lyrics, performances, footage, dialogue, commentary, or creative material created, submitted, or recorded for or during The Hit Kitchen (“Show Material”) becomes the exclusive property of Hit Kitchen LLC.

All video
All musical creations
Behind-the-scenes content
Interviews
Promotional materials
Unreleased/raw material
Any derivative works
Digital assets, samples, and stems used during the show
You acknowledge that Hit Kitchen LLC retains all worldwide rights, including:
Intellectual property rights
Copyright
Licensing rights
Publishing rights
Distribution rights
Promotional rights
Sub-licensing rights
Commercialization rights
Participants do not receive ownership, royalties, or revenue unless explicitly granted in writing by Hit Kitchen LLC.
7.2 License to Use Your Name & Likeness
By participating or submitting content, you grant Hit Kitchen LLC:
A perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license
To use your name, image, voice, biography, performance, likeness, and submissions
In all media now known or later developed
For editorial, commercial, promotional, and marketing purposes
This includes but is not limited to streaming platforms, television broadcasts, advertisements, websites, and social media.
7.3 Conduct & Participation
Participants agree to:
Follow all instructions from Hit Kitchen LLC staff and production personnel
Behave professionally and respectfully
Not engage in illegal, harmful, or disruptive activity
Hit Kitchen LLC may remove or disqualify a participant at its discretion.
7.4 No Expectation of Privacy During Production
You acknowledge that:
Production areas may be continuously monitored and recorded.
Anything said, played, created, or done on set may be used in the show.
There is no expectation of privacy in any production environment.
7.5 Content for Viewers & Users
Anyone viewing The Hit Kitchen or interacting with its companion platforms agrees not to:
Copy, distribute, modify, or exploit show content without permission
Misuse trademarks, logos, or proprietary material
Impersonate Hit Kitchen LLC representatives
All content provided by the show is for entertainment purposes only.
7.6 Disclaimers
Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
Hit Kitchen LLC is not responsible for technical issues, platform outages, or data loss.
The show may modify, delay, or cancel any portion of production without notice.
7.7 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Hit Kitchen LLC shall not be liable for:
Any damages or losses arising from participation
Injuries, disputes, or conflicts
Loss of data or creative work
Use or misuse of content generated during the show
7.8 Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana (or the home state of Hit Kitchen LLC). Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
